Before being put into production, a product must be tested for shrinkage, color fastness, button fastness or decorative motifs. These tests also analyze the structure of the fabric as well as the components in the class uniform product. Of course, each specific product has its own corresponding tests. Buttons, buttons and all decorative details must be such that children cannot pull them off because they may swallow them, and must not be sharp to avoid causing danger to children. If buttons and snaps are made of metal, they must be tested for lead or heavy metal content to see if they exceed the permitted standards, to prevent children from being harmed if they put them in their mouths.
